About winning the tender for delivery of a batch of Ka-52K (the informal name — “Katran”. — Approx. TASS) Egyptian helicopter carrier type “Mistral” was announced on June 19, opened the International air show at Paris Le Bourget. This helicopter is a modification of the reconnaissance and strike Ka-52, known as “alligator”.

At the exhibition the head of the Federal service for military-technical cooperation (FSMTC) Dmitry Shugaev noted that this contract interesting and very important for Russia.
