Moscow is ready to consider the US proposals for a new format for resolving the crisis in the Donbass, said the first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Vladimir Jabbarov. His words leads RIA Novosti on Thursday, June 15.
“If there is a solution, which will improve the situation, move it forward, we certainly will be. The main thing that it was really initiative and not time delay”, — said the Senator.

The representative of DND at the talks in Minsk Denis Pushilin said in comments to the Agency that the statement of the Secretary of state is an example of a “manipulation and blatant bias”.
The Minsk agreements — a document aimed at de-escalation of the armed conflict in Southeast Ukraine. He was adopted by the leaders of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia in February 2015 after talks in “channel format”.
