Milonov has proposed to send a group of deputies in the Donbass

The Deputy of the state Duma from “United Russia” Vitaly Milonov sent a letter to the speaker of the lower chamber Vyacheslav Volodin with a request to send a team of parliamentarians to the East of Donbass to objectively monitor the conflict zone. “It is obvious that such a complex situation requires additional forces. In this regard, please consider the possibility of creating a broad working group of the deputies of the State Duma to implement a balanced and unbiased monitoring of the situation on the contact line”, — stated in the letter from the MP.

In addition, he believes that the presence of the working group will help to promote the peace process and “will serve as a deterrent against the violation of the Minsk agreements”.
