Tokyo: One of the world leaders not as common as Putin and Abe

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe are more common than other world leaders, said the economy Minister of Japan, Hiroshige Seko. According to him, “one of the world leaders can boast the same frequency of personal meetings”, reports RT. He stated this at a reception at the Russian Embassy on the occasion of the June 12 Day of Russia, reports TASS. Seko said the high result of bilateral relations that have been achieved. He recalled that in December, Moscow and Tokyo signed about 80 agreements, and in the spring began to “reach out to specific contracts or work plans”. According to him, on such a high level of relations “impossible to contemplate”.

The last time Abe met with Putin in April, when he visited Russia.

Following the meeting, the Kremlin said that sooner or later a peace Treaty between the two countries will be signed.
