MOSCOW, 10 Jul — RIA Novosti. Moscow does not interfere in the Affairs of other States or their bilateral relations with third countries, but is concerned about the deterioration of relations between its partners, said the Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in talks with the foreign Minister of Qatar Mohammed bin Abdurrahman al Thani.

The Minister noted that Russia stands for, “that any conflict has been resolved at the negotiating table by mutually respectful, equal dialogue”.
“It is through direct dialogue, we can better understand the concerns of each other, to look at ways to address these concerns, ensuring transparency in all issues,” — said Lavrov.
The Ministers ‘ talks held in the backdrop of the diplomatic scandal that erupted between Doha and several Arab countries. On Monday, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE and Egypt severed diplomatic relations with Qatar, accusing it of supporting terrorist organizations and destabilize the situation in the middle East.
