Kiselev headed the Khrunichev Center from 1975 to 2001. He was the initiator of the enterprises of the Khrunichev plant and the design Bureau “Salut” in a unified State space scientific production center.
Under his leadership, has developed and created the first modules of the International space station “Zarya” and “Zvezda”, passed the test class rockets “proton-M” and “Roar”. Began the creation of the missile complex “Angara”.
