Rescuers warned of worsening weather in 13 regions of Central Russia
MOSCOW, 4 Jul — RIA Novosti. Rescuers warn about the deterioration of the weather in several areas of the Central region of Russia on Monday.
Strong wind, rain with thunderstorms and hail are expected in the Smolensk, Tver, Kaluga, Tula, Moscow, Ryazan, Vladimir, Bryansk, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Orel, Lipetsk and Tambov regions, the press service of GU Ministry of emergency situations of the Smolensk region.
“In accordance with the forecast PKU Center “Antistikhiya” of EMERCOM of Russia on 5 June on the territory of the Smolensk, Tver, Kaluga, Tula, Moscow, Ryazan, Vladimir, Bryansk, Yaroslavl, Ivanovo, Orel, Lipetsk, Tambov regions, the projected heavy rain, storm rain, storms in places, hail. The wind around the CFA with gusts up to 15 m/s, during thunder — 15-20 m/s”, — is spoken in the message.
Regional emergency management is asking residents of Smolensk to be extremely attentive and careful, to avoid high-rise structures, billboards, signboards, road signs, power lines, not to Park cars under large trees.
