Russian President Vladimir Putin believes that the leaders of EU countries do not rank it among the European leaders. His words on Friday, June 2, RIA Novosti reported.
“I do not belong to the European leaders. In any case, they do not think so,” said the head of state at a plenary session at the St. Petersburg international economic forum (SPIEF).
