Oleksandr Turchynov
The statement of the Secretary of the NSDC of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov about the fact that the fighting in the Donbass should be completed with the capture of Moscow, tells about the overwhelming degree of Russophobia in a number of Ukrainian politicians. This opinion was expressed by first Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on international Affairs Vladimir dzhabarov, reports RT on Thursday, June 1.
According to him, Turchynov does not control his speech. “As to “capture Moscow”, it is science fiction. I think when he will retire, we can write similar stories on this topic” — said dzhabarov.
According to him, it is not necessary to pay attention to such odious figures in Ukrainian as Turchinov, as he “not so serious a politician to listen to his words and take them seriously.”
The representative of the Ministry of defence DND Eduard Bacurin in an interview with National news service (NSN) has questioned the ability of the armed forces of Ukraine “to take Moscow” and recalled the promise Turchynov to reach the Russian border “(…) something I don’t see it there. Maybe he will build his Moscow in Zhytomyr or the Chernobyl zone?” — added Basurin.
Earlier Thursday, Turchinov on his page in Facebook posted the video, which was filmed during his visit to the positions of Ukrainian troops in the ATO zone in the area of Marinka and Krasnogorovka (anti-terrorist operation in Kiev called military conflict in the Donbass). During the inspection of one of the damaged buildings, Turchynov reported that it will be completely repaired after the war. “When Moscow will take, then we’ll end [the war]”, he replied.
On the same day it was reported that the Secretary of security Council of Ukraine called for the speedy introduction of a visa regime with Russia.
