MOSCOW, may 30 — RIA Novosti. Plans for economic development of the Russian Federation should be clear and realistic, it is important to focus on improving the business climate, increasing non-oil exports, said on Tuesday the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
“The economic development plans of the country should be clear and realistic, best meet current and future challenges, to reflect the interests of the people and the unity of the state, business circles, civil society institutions”, — said Putin at a meeting on economic issues.
