The defense Ministry has called the possible cause of the crash of Tu-154 over the Black sea
MOSCOW, may 31 — RIA Novosti. The Ministry of defence published the results of the investigation into the Tu-154 crash over the Black sea. The investigation established that the cause of the accident could be incorrect actions of the crew commander when control of the aircraft.

“Commission on aircraft accident investigation in the area of Sochi airport, which included, together with the experts of the Russian defense Ministry representatives of Ministry of transport of Russia, the Interstate aviation Committee, the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, aviation concern “Tupolev”, completed the investigation of the crash of Tu-154 that occurred on 25 December 2016″, — stated in the message of the Russian military.
Experts carefully analyzed all the circumstances leading up to the accident and studied technical parameters of the flight Tu-154 take-off from the Sochi airport.
“The investigation established that the cause of the incident could be a violation of spatial orientation (situational awareness) the aircraft commander that led to his erroneous actions with the controls of the aircraft,” — emphasizes the Agency.
The Commission found no “violations of existing requirements relating to the Seating of passengers in the cabin of the Tu-154, as well as loading and alignment of cargo, the weight of which was 150 tons.”
“Also, there are no violations of the rules of fuel at the airport of Sochi and the impact of external factors”, — concluded the Ministry of defense.
The Tu-154 Russian defense Ministry, which was heading to Syria, crashed in the Black sea shortly after refueling at the airport of Adler in the morning on 25 Dec 2016.
