Boronenkov shortly before the murder complained to the Moscow city court on threats
MOSCOW, 29 Mar — RIA Novosti. The former Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov shortly before his assassination in Kiev sent to the court statement, in which he spoke about coming in his threats unknown, the correspondent of RIA Novosti on Wednesday from the courtroom.

The court today decides a formal question to consider is whether the complaint of the lawyer on the arrest in absentia Boronenkov, accused of raider capture of the building in Moscow.
“It is said that he (Boronenkov — ed.) he feared for his life and health due to the numerous threats he was receiving in Russia,” said the judge.
In this statement, Boronenkov expressed willingness to participate in investigative actions, but to come to Russia refused.
Voronenkov was killed March 23 in the center of Kiev. His bodyguard, a member of one of the Ukrainian secret service, shot and wounded the alleged murderer, who later died in hospital. Later it turned out that the alleged killer of ex-MP had previously served in the National guard. The motives of the crime are still unclear.
