Poroshenko condemned the attack on the Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk
On the night of 29 March, unknown fired from a grenade launcher building of the Consulate General.
KIEV, March 29. /TASS/. The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko “strongly condemned” the attack of the Consulate General of Poland in Lutsk. This was reported by press Secretary of Ukrainian President Svyatoslav Tsigalko.
“He ordered the militiamen urgently to take all measures to investigate this incident and identify the perpetrators,” wrote Tsigalko on his page on Twitter.
On the night of 29 March, unknown fired from a grenade launcher building of the General Consulate of Poland in Lutsk. As a result, nobody was hurt, buildings damaged part of the roof and broken Windows.
Consul of the Republic of Poland in Lutsk Krzysztof Sawicki called the incident a terrorist act.
This is not the first case of hooliganism at Polish diplomatic missions in Ukraine. Earlier, on 8 February, unknown, caused the inscription “Our earth” on the fence of the Polish Consulate General in Lviv and pelted the facade of the building with bottles of red paint. Ukrainian police opened a criminal case on this fact. The foreign Ministry of Ukraine in this “hooliganism” saw the interest of some “third party”.
