The permanent mission of Russia to NATO ironically commented on NATO’s intention to investigate the possibility of using Russian political talk shows and humorous programs, including “Club of the funny and inventive” (KVN), as a means of strategic communications and psychological warfare.
“Hurrah! Finally figured out the most terrible weapon of Russia. I wonder how much time and money it took?” – stated in the message published on the page of the permanent mission on Twitter.
