MINSK, March 15. /TASS/. The decision of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to cease connections with the proclaimed republics of Donbass contradict the Minsk agreements.
This was stated to journalists the Ambassador of Russia in the contact group on settling the situation in Eastern Ukraine, Boris Gryzlov.
