Russia, most likely, will complete the elimination of chemical weapons ahead of schedule in 2017, reported to the President of Russia Vladimir Putin, Plenipotentiary representative of the President in Privolzhsky Federal district, the head of the state Commission on chemical disarmament Mikhail Babich.
