Ildar Dayprocardia: Wife Dading explained the reason for the detention of a spouse
Activist Ildar Dading detained by police during a single picket near the building of the Federal service of execution of punishments (FSIN) in Moscow. On Friday, March 10, reports “Interfax”.
It is noted that a picket calling for the resignation of the head of the UFSIN for the Republic of Karelia Alexander Terekhov held Dading and opposition leader Lev Ponomarev, who succeeded each other.
The police asked the Dading to produce documents, after which it put in the car. Then the patrol car drove away from the place of arrest.
Currently Ponomarev continues to picket.
Serving a sentence for multiple violations at rallies Dading was released on February 26. The conviction was overturned by the Supreme court, the decision was revised on the orders of the constitutional court.
In December 2015, the activist was sentenced to three years in a penal colony on charges of participation in uncoordinated protests in Moscow. In March 2016 the term of imprisonment was reduced by six months.
After the liberation of the Dading Commissioner for human rights in Russia Tatiana Moskalkova proposed to abolish the article of the Criminal code on violations of rules for holding rallies.
