In Bashkiria for the birth of the first child to young parents will pay 300 thousand rubles. The relevant decree is to improve the demographic situation was signed by the head of the Republic Rustem Khamitov reported on its website.

Since 2007, in Russia there is a program of the parent capital. Currently the allowance amounts to 453 thousand rubles. Payments are given to families who gave birth or adopted two or more children. Funds can be spent on improving the housing conditions of the family pension to the mother, the child’s education, equipment housing means for children with disabilities, as well as the repayment of the mortgage. The labour Ministry has proposed to extend the program until 2023.
