Michael LaRosa, a spokesman for Jill Biden, confirmed the news about the new family puppy. “Yes. There is (a puppy),” LaRosa said.
The Bidens’ beloved German Shepherd, Champ, died in June at the age of 13. Their other German Shepherd, named Major, lives mostly in Wilmington, Delaware. This is due to the fact that she behaved aggressively towards the White House staff.
In March, the Major bit two people — a Secret Service employee and a National Park Service employee.
