The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine called the goal of Kiev “peace through force”

Joe Biden announced that & nbsp; Washington and & nbsp; some other NATO countries intend to discuss national security issues with & nbsp; Moscow in the near future. This is how Mr. Biden commented on the results of the summit.

Today, December 14 & nbsp; Mr. Putin, in a telephone conversation with & nbsp; President of Finland Sauli Niinistö, called on the US and NATO to hold talks on & nbsp; Russian security issues. A little later, during a conversation with & nbsp; President of France Emmanuel Macron, Vladimir Putin announced & nbsp; the need to start negotiations with & nbsp; NATO on & nbsp; the need to exclude the advance of the alliance's troops to the & nbsp; east and & nbsp; deployment of troops in & nbsp; neighboring states, including & nbsp; including Ukraine & nbsp;

Earlier, the Russian president demanded guarantees that NATO would not expand to the & nbsp; east. In the & nbsp; opinion of Mr Putin, the West does not fulfill its oral obligations, and therefore legal ones are needed. Commenting on the publication of the media about & nbsp; a possible attack by & nbsp; RF on & nbsp; Ukraine, the president said that & nbsp; Russia is not & nbsp; attacking, but & nbsp; is forced to respond to & nbsp; NATO's constant approach to & nbsp; the country's borders.
