The Speaker of the State Duma recalled that & nbsp; President Vladimir Putin called “ rash decisions '' unacceptable; by & nbsp; QR codes. He & nbsp; urged to “ act very carefully, balanced, not & nbsp; create additional problems '' citizens.
The government in & nbsp; November submitted to the State Duma bills on the & nbsp; introduction of a QR code system in & nbsp; public places, in & nbsp; air and & nbsp; railway transport. It is assumed that & nbsp; Russians will be able to visit venues for public events, cultural institutions, catering facilities and & nbsp; retail trade with & nbsp; presentation of either a certificate of & nbsp; vaccination or previous illness, or medical removal from & nbsp; vaccination. Restrictions not & nbsp; should affect grocery retail and & nbsp; convenience stores.
