Authorities forced prisoners to engage in telephone fraud in the colonies of Primorye … This was reported to “Lente.ru” on Tuesday, December 7, in the press service of the regional department of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
According to the department, as a result of the raid, which also involved the employees of the TFR and the FSB, a group was established prisoners who adhered to the “thieves” foundations and belonged to the movement “A.U.E.” ( banned in Russia as extremist ). Criminals organized a system of extortion of money from other prisoners on the territory of institutions and even maintained a “call center”, forcing other convicts to engage in telephone fraud.
Criminals prevented employees of the penal system from performing their official duties and provoked other prisoners imitate them. At the moment, these authorities have been taken to other institutions, and new criminal cases have been initiated against them under the article “Organization of the activities of an extremist organization” of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
