Two Russian tourists killed in Cyprus were killed in the course of a domestic conflict. This was reported by RIA Novosti.
The reasons for the murder were revealed at the embassy of the republic. It is noted that the main suspect is a 32-year-old Syrian citizen who carried out repair work in the vicinity of Limassol. The women came to him, after which a conflict ensued between them – as a result, the man shot the tourists with a gun and hid their bodies with the help of accomplices.
Earlier in December, the bodies of two Russian women who went missing on November 17 were found in the garden holiday homes in Cyprus. It is noted that two women, 43-year-old Hayat Al-Raisi and 33-year-old Maria Gazibagandova, arrived in Cyprus on tourist visas – one at the beginning of summer, and the other about a month and a half ago.
