construction sites in Moscow. According to the official, the authorities will decide on a strategy to reduce the number of foreigners involved in the capital's facilities in 2022, RIA Novosti writes.
By this time, according to the minister, it will become clear how the idea of attracting Russians from the nearest regions for construction, now the building complex is fulfilling this order. Then it will be possible to judge the impact of a smaller number of migrants on production facilities, taking into account the renovation in the capital.
The Ministry of Construction did not give any specific recommendations for the implementation of the initiative, but noted that they are helping the regions in organizing construction processes, removing barriers and preserving the investment and construction cycle. Earlier, Faizullin explained that in order to work effectively at construction sites without migrants, the regions need to train new personnel well.
In November, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said that it was necessary to reduce the number of migrants at construction sites under the renovation program in the capital. He believes that there is a reserve among district utilities to replace foreigners. The mayor urged to attract Russian workers with the help of high wages and decent working conditions.
