“US Air Force actions have created a threat to civil aviation. And & nbsp; if now a catastrophe has been averted in the & nbsp; airspace over the & nbsp; open waters of the Black Sea, this does not & nbsp; mean that & nbsp; the United States and & nbsp; NATO can & nbsp; continue to risk the lives of people with impunity & raquo;, & nbsp; & mdash; wrote Ms Zakharova.
He & nbsp; added that & nbsp; the increased intensity of NATO aircraft flights near & nbsp; Russian borders' poses the risk of dangerous incidents in & nbsp; in relation to civil aircraft.
Earlier it was reported that & nbsp; 3 & nbsp; November, the Russian military lifted Su-27 and & nbsp; Su-30 fighters into & nbsp; to escort two US reconnaissance aircraft over the & nbsp; Black Sea. The targets were identified as the US Air Force RC-135 strategic reconnaissance aircraft and & nbsp; reconnaissance and target designation aircraft CL-600 “ Artemis '' ground forces of the United States. Later it became known that & nbsp; a civilian plane flying from & nbsp; Moscow to & nbsp; Tel Aviv was forced to change course in order to avoid a collision with & nbsp; foreign reconnaissance aircraft.
Earlier in & nbsp; November, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that & nbsp; ; captures the activity of the NATO and & nbsp; US armed forces in the & nbsp; Black Sea and & nbsp; regards it & nbsp; as a “threat to regional security and & nbsp; strategic stability”.
