Russian oil exports fell by 3.5% 
Oil exports from Russia to non-CIS countries in January-November amounted to 195.11 million tons. This is 3.5 percent less than the same indicator last year, Interfax writes with reference to the Central Dispatch Office of the Fuel and Energy Complex (CDU TEK).
