Earlier, the Moscow Health Department simplified the rules for obtaining a medical record from vaccination against coronavirus. From December 2, those who have a Moscow compulsory medical insurance policy or are attached to the capital's polyclinic can receive it through State Services. A similar procedure should work in other regions from February 2022.
