Foreign Minister Lavrov: Moscow and partners will insist that NATO not move eastward 
Moscow will insist on so that NATO members do not move eastward, to the borders of Russia, and do not threaten its security. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, quoted by RIA Novosti.
