The deceased is a 30-year-old neo-Nazi, originally from Kirov. He was repeatedly convicted of theft, grievous bodily harm, hijacking, extremism and assault on a police officer.
After serving another term, the man was released and was under administrative supervision. He lived in Shchelkovo and worked as a security guard. The FSB believes that the neo-Nazi was an arms dealer.
