Zarplata.ru named salary expectations as the main reason for refusing to hire – for the discrepancy between salary expectations. This is stated in a study of the Zarplata.ru service, writes RT.
Also among the main reasons are lack of experience (30 percent), frequent job changes (15 percent) and high competence of the candidate for the position (8 percent ). According to survey participants, the most difficult interview questions are asked to sales and customer service managers, advertising agents, bank employees, recruiters, office managers, PR specialists, marketers, journalists and secretaries. Nearly 20 percent of employers will employ the stress interview technique in job interviews. A third of the respondents could not pass it.
1670 people from all regions of Russia took part in the survey. Half of them said they were looking for a job this year. Most often this happens due to problems with salaries in the previous place (38 percent), in connection with the desire to change the field of activity (28 percent), after the reduction (12 percent) and the closure of the organization due to coronavirus restrictions (12 percent).
