Ronaldo responded with the word “fact” to the entry that Messi did not deserve the Ballon d'Or 
English striker Manchester United Cristiano Ronaldo spoke about the presentation of the Golden Ball by the end of 2021 to the PSG and Argentina national team striker Lionel Messi. His comment is posted on Instagram user cr7.o_lendario.
The footballer reacted to the user's post, in which he gives statistics of the Portuguese's achievements. The entry says that Messi did not deserve the trophy, as he had a bad season. “Robbery. Dirt. A shame. Anyone who is smart enough understands who really deserves the Ballon d'Or. Receiving undeserved rewards is false happiness. Ronaldo will always be the best in history! ” – written there. Ronaldo responded with the word “fact.”
The Golden Ball award ceremony for the best footballer of the year was held on November 29 in Paris. In the trophy dispute, Messi beat Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski, who came second in the vote. Ronaldo is in sixth place in the ranking of contenders for the prize.
Ronaldo has won the Ballon d'Or five times. Messi now has seven awards.
