Izvestia: average apartment prices in December could rise to 5%
According to the general director of VSN Realty Yana Glazunova, the rush demand for real estate in large cities will lead to an increase in prices. The expert believes that average apartment prices may rise up to five percent by the end of the year. Managing partner of VectorStroyFinance Andrey Kolochinsky, in turn, said that developers will begin to regulate the customer flow by increasing the cost if sales increase in December.
He also noted that against the background of news about a new strain of coronavirus declining stock markets and, as a result, oil prices. If this trend continues, the ruble will continue to fall in price, which, in turn, will lead to the fact that Russians will more actively buy real estate, in light of which prices for it will increase.
Earlier in the analytical review of the United Resource of Developers (ERZ ) named the cities with the cheapest and most expensive offers. The most affordable were new buildings in Ingushetia – on average, their cost was 28.5 thousand rubles per square meter. In Dagestan a square meter costs 30.9 thousand rubles, in Kabardino-Balkaria – 32.7 thousand rubles, in the Pskov region – 38.8 thousand rubles, and in Mari El – 39 thousand rubles.
