CAIRO, 4 March. /TASS/. Russia hopes that the case about the crash of the Russian plane over the Sinai will be investigated promptly, and those responsible will be punished. This was stated on Saturday by the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko at the meeting with the Prime Minister of Egypt Sherif Ismail.
“We and you are interested in that as soon as possible to complete the investigation of the criminal case, which was filed in connection with the crash, to find the perpetrators and, of course, to punish them so that such crimes do not go unpunished,” she said.
