The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed the Vice-Governor of Yamal Dmitry Artyukhov, acting head of the region after the transition of Dmitry Kobylkin, the Ministry of natural resources of the Russian Federation. The corresponding presidential decree published on the Kremlin website.
