Power Guidance of Ukraine: Russia is pulling artillery and tanks to the line of contact in Donbass … This was stated in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the press service of the military department reports.
The GUR accused the “Russian occupation forces” of reinforcing units near the contact line in Donbass with 122-mm self-propelled artillery mounts, tanks and infantry fighting vehicles (BMP).
The department also noted that the enemy increased the number of sniper pairs “to inflict losses” on the Ukrainian military in the area of the Joint Forces Operation (JF), the destruction of “video surveillance elements”, as well as provoking return fire.
In addition, the GUR added that training camps are being held with snipers of the Donetsk and Luhansk army corps under the leadership of regular servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
Previously, a representative of the defense departments of the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) announced the arrival of Ukrainian snipers to the line of contact in Donbass. According to him, Kiev can deploy military there to commit provocations.
