New Year decorations were brought to migrants at the Belarusian-Polish border 
decorations. It is not reported whether the Belarusians think that migrants will stay with them for all winter holidays or simply decided to take care of their New Year's mood. Sputnik reports.
Several boxes and sacks with Christmas tree decorations have been delivered to the logistics center, which has become a shelter for refugees from the Belarusian-Polish border. The staff of the center and the Belarusians on duty at the camp have already begun to use them for their intended purpose, wrapping a small fir tree in tinsel near the camp.
It is unknown whether the Kurdish refugees, most of whom are Sunni Muslims, appreciated the gesture of the Belarusians. According to the Islamic calendar, the Muslim New Year will only come in summer. However, the New Year on January 1 is a holiday both in Iraq and Syria.
Earlier, a delegation from Iran came to the logistics center. Diplomats from Tehran were looking for compatriots in the warehouse to persuade them to return home.
