27 percent of Russians will go to see relatives or friends on New Year's Eve

January 9. This became known from a survey of the travel and travel service “Tutu.ru”, the results of which were received by the editorial office of “Lenta.ru” holidays to relatives or friends. The share of those who want to travel to one of the European cities was 16 percent, and 14 percent of the respondents named a trip to the country or the village as an ideal New Year trip.

Another 17 percent of Russians said they dream of spending days off by the sea, but opinions are divided here: 13 percent want to visit Egypt, the United Arab Emirates or the Maldives, and four percent prefer walks along the coast of Sochi and Crimea.

Also, ten percent of respondents would be happy to see the mountains, with seven percent want to go to the Caucasus, the Urals, Altai, Kamchatka or the Khibiny, and three percent would gladly go to foreign ski resorts.

Nine percent of respondents plan to fly away from Russia – they are attracted by Southeast Asia, Australia and South America. The remaining nine percent of survey participants noted that they would be happy to travel to a country hotel with a bath, SPA and entertainment program.
