Samburskaya compared the actions of banks with the lawlessness of the 90s

Actress Nastasya Samburskaya called lawless the eviction of families with children for debts

debts with what happened in the 90s. The artist expressed her opinion on her Instagram account.

“Probably, many remember the 90s, when people could easily break into people's houses with weapons because of debts, when they could cause different things in front of children or children, they could simply burn everything, create any lawlessness. And it would seem that a lot is already in the distant past, not so massively, but this modern mortgage practice of banks, when for debts they can simply put it out on the street, leaving everything without everything, if the family did not cope with payments, while I know that often banks are still specifically selling housing at a completely non-market, low price, how to stop this chaos? ” – wrote Samburskaya.

The actress added that she is especially worried about the fate of families with children who risk being left homeless. According to the artist, no one cares about the survival of people who find themselves on the street. She stressed that this should not happen, since the children are not to blame for anything.

Samburskaya also suggested “coming up with some laws” and supported the proposal of the human rights ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova. Earlier in November, the Ombudsman came up with an initiative to prohibit depriving families with minor children of their only housing. Moskalkova noted that the eviction of citizens without another housing option is an important problem. The Ombudsman stressed that banks should think for themselves who they give mortgage loans to and what they risk.

A similar proposal was expressed by the Ombudsman for the Rights of the Child in Tatarstan Irina Volynets. She considered it necessary to prohibit eviction for debts from housing purchased with the money of maternity capital. According to her, this practice of banks deprives the child of the right to his share in the premises, which is allocated to the minor when buying with the help of the capital. In this regard, Volynets proposed to amend the federal law “On mortgages (pledges of real estate)” and the Civil Code.
