“Attention to the human rights agenda and, as a consequence, the inclusiveness of society in the broadest context is an absolute trend today. The development of the infrastructure for the accessibility of public spaces, transport, commercial services – banks, retail, the service sector and mobile operators – is not a special attention to the selected category of citizens; on the contrary, it is a basic aspect of the realization of human rights. For 10 years, Beeline has been investing its expertise in the development of technologies that improve the quality of life for people with disabilities. We interact with a wide range of partners and are glad that together with the specialists and the community of the Garage Museum we are opening contemporary art and museum spaces for people with mental disabilities, “said Evgenia Chistova, head of sustainable development at the Beeline.

Head of the support project of adults on the Autistic City autism spectrum Antonina Steinberg emphasized that modern technologies and the digitalization trend have the potential to improve the quality of life for people with mental disabilities.

The company has previously collaborated with the Garage Museum. She was a partner in the creation of the online platform Museum of Sensations. Diversity and Inclusion “. In 2019, beeline became the first Russian brand in the global community to promote the agenda of inclusion and equal rights The Valuable 500. The mobile operator is also collaborating with the inclusive project Everland, in which beeline supports the development of a platform for training people with disabilities in popular digital specialties. In 2021, the Everland coworking space was opened for platform participants. The company also supported the Motorika startup, which uses Beeline IOT modules with M2M SIM cards. Thanks to this, data is transferred from “smart” hand prostheses to the cloud system, as well as the rehabilitation process is recorded. At the same time, the doctor and the patient can be anywhere in the world, the data is processed and stored in the beeline cloud.

The mobile operator also cooperates with Autism Care, which creates a care system for children with autism. A team from Novosibirsk has developed and assembled a bracelet prototype that reads biometric parameters, the processing of which indicates the child's psycho-emotional arousal. The bracelet transmits data to the parent's smartphone in order for them to prevent an emotional outburst.

Beeline cases are included in Russia's voluntary civil report on achieving sustainable development goals for presentation at a high-level political forum in Washington.

Beeline has also adapted its website and mobile application for people with visual and motor impairments, and has also developed Beeline TV, which is available for viewers with hearing impairments.
