SRG: the cost of a “square” of secondary housing in Russia decreased by 0.11 percent in November
According to the results of November 2021 Krasnodar and Yekaterinburg became the two Russian cities with the fastest growing housing prices, RIA Novosti reports, citing data from the SRG consulting company.
Experts have studied the price dynamics in the real estate markets of the 20 largest cities in the country. It turned out that in Krasnodar, the average cost of secondary housing for the month increased by 14.2 percent, to 94.3 thousand rubles. The Yekaterinburg “square” added 4.4 percent, now it costs 92.3 thousand rubles. Moscow took the third place in the rating: a square meter of housing in the capital went up by 4.2 percent, to 287.3 thousand rubles.
The least noticeable increase in prices in November was in Perm and Chelyabinsk – by 1.6 percent. Analysts also named the average cost of a “square” in the twenty largest cities: it decreased in November by 0.11 percent, to 88.1 thousand rubles. Over the year, the price of a meter has risen by 22.5 percent.
Earlier it was reported that in November, sellers of secondary apartments in Russia, as never before, agreed to bargain with buyers. On average, they were willing to give a discount of no more than 2.43 percent.
