Investigative Committee of Russia: Bastrykin opened a case on illegal hunting against State Duma Deputy Rashkin 
Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) Alexander Bastrykin opened a State Duma deputy from the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Valery Rashkin, caught with an elk carcass. This was reported to “Lente.ru” in the TFR.
The criminal case was initiated under part 2 of Article 258 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Illegal hunting”).
