In turn, Aleksey Goreslavsky, who previously headed the Dialogue Autonomous Nonprofit Organization and Dialogue Regions Autonomous Nonprofit Organization and who took over as CEO of the Internet Development Institute (IRI) on December 1, congratulated Tabak on his appointment and noted his great contribution to the development of organizations. He also thanked all Dialogue and Dialogue Regions employees for the high results they have achieved over the past year, including for the opening of the federal network of Regional Governance Centers (LRCs).

Vladimir Tabak, working in ANO Dialogue and ANO Dialogue Regions, in particular, led the Information Center for monitoring the situation with coronavirus. Prior to that, in 2018-2019, he headed the Situation Center for the management of public projects of the presidential administration.

ANO Dialogue is an all-Russian interdepartmental center of competence in the field of Internet communications and an operator of digital dialogue between government and society, established in 2019. To implement the instructions of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dialogue registered in July 2020 an autonomous non-profit organization for the development of digital projects in the field of public relations and communications “Dialogue Regions”, the purpose of which is to create and ensure the functioning of Regional Governance Centers (SDGs) in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation ).
