US Secretary of State: Washington, together with EU countries, is preparing new sanctions against Minsk 
The US is preparing an additional package sanctions against Belarus in connection with the migration crisis on the Polish-Belarusian border. This was stated by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken during a briefing in Riga, quoted by Reuters.
On December 1, the European Union must approve the fifth package of sanctions against Belarus.
