A relative of the playwright Yevgeny Grishkovets turned out to be a victim of an unscrupulous developer Natalya Grishkovets decided to sue the developer of elite real estate because of numerous imperfections found in the apartment, Moskovsky Komsomolets reports.

A relative of the publicist was supposed to receive the keys to new housing near the Rechnoy metro station in March 2021 railway station “, but at the first acceptance I noticed about a hundred shortcomings in the real estate, including the lack of water, ventilation and heating.

By the second inspection of the apartment, according to the woman, the developer had solved only the problem with the batteries. None of the owners of apartments in a residential complex of three new buildings was able to move into their apartments on time – they were waiting for the builders to fix the shortcomings in housing.

Now the woman has filed a lawsuit with the Golovinsky court and, together with other defrauded equity holders, is trying to get payment penalties from the construction company. Natalya did not name the amount, but noted that it was lower than that indicated in the contract with the developer. Nevertheless, Grishkovets' daughter believes that real estate investors have the right to full compensation for damage.

Earlier, experts named the most common shortcomings of apartments in new buildings. These are uneven walls and floors, cracks, cracks in windows and balconies, as well as the absence of partitions originally specified in the projects.
