For the murder of a conductor in Sterlitamak, a Russian was given 20 years of strict regime

The murderer of the conductor, whom his sister “handed over”, was sentenced to 20 years of strict regime in Sterlitamak – he stabbed a woman in the neck at a public transport stop. This was reported to Lente.ru on Wednesday, December 1, by the official representative of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Yevgeny Kanevsky.

According to the investigation, the murder took place in December 2020. A 23-year-old guy in a state of drugs and alcohol intoxication at a bus stop asked the conductor where he could warm up. According to the criminal himself, the woman answered him something rude, then he stabbed her in the neck with a knife. The man took her bag, which he soon threw away – there was nothing useful in it. Then he fled the scene of the crime.

Later, a local resident called the law enforcement agencies, who said that her brother had confessed to her in this murder. The police detained him, he went to trial under two articles – for murder and robbery.

The defendant partially pleaded guilty. In addition to a term of 20 years of strict regime, the court recovered from the criminal two million rubles in favor of the relatives of the murdered woman. So far, the verdict has not entered into force.
