Singer Anna Sedokova in a pandemic issued a mortgage for two apartments in Moscow about real estate in Moscow, which she acquired with a mortgage. She shared the details in an interview with Teleprogramma.pro.
The artist noted that during the coronavirus pandemic, she was forced to do business with a team from home for a month. This period became one of the most profitable for Sedokova, the singer issued two apartments in the capital on a mortgage. “I think it was a great investment,” the singer said.
According to Sedokova, a few years ago she began to study financial literacy in order to be able to handle earnings. At the moment, the singer is also engaged in investments. “From a girl who spent all the money she earned, who did not have a penny behind her back, I turned into an investor and owner of real estate in Moscow,” said the artist.
Sedokova talked about buying one of the apartments on a mortgage in November 2020. She estimated housing with an area of about 200 square meters in the center of Moscow at 58 million rubles. According to the singer, every month she had to pay 430 thousand rubles for the object.
