MOSCOW, 17 Dec — RIA Novosti. The Ministry of health of Russia has published on its website a memo that clarified which types of free medical aid can count the Russians in accordance with the Programme of state guarantees of free rendering to citizens of medical aid.

The document indicated four types of health care that is free.
First, it is primary health care provided by health workers with secondary medical education (medical assistants, midwives), district therapists and pediatricians, and medical specialists.
Secondly, it is specialized medical care that is inpatient and a day hospital by medical specialists and includes the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases that require the use of special methods and sophisticated medical technologies.
Thirdly, it is a high-tech medical care with the use of new complex or unique as well as demanding treatment methods.
