“Rostec” will start in the suburbs of garbage processing of slag 10 million euros
The operator of a garbage cluster in Moscow — the company “RT-invest” (by 25.01% owned by Rostec, 74,99% — “Tsaritsyn capital” Andrey Shipelov) — build in the suburbs, the company processing ash from incineration plants of the future. It is reported by RBC with reference to the representative of the company.
When disposing of “bottom ash” from the factories “RT-invest” plans to use British technology Carbon 8, which allows you to process it in “high quality mineral building material”, suitable for the construction of roads and industrial facilities. The cost of this will be about 10 million euros, the publication. A similar venture on processing of fly ash, the company will build in Tatarstan.
The representative of the press service of the Ministry of ecology and nature management of Moscow region in conversation with RBC said that the cycle of construction of a plant for the disposal of ash and slag is twice less than for the incinerator. Thus, the enterprise will be ready to work by the time of the launch of the first waste incineration plant.
The construction of four incinerators in the suburbs also deals with the structure of Rostec. In mid-may, “RT-invest” reported that the construction of the plant near the village of Vistarino resurrection district will begin this summer. Plant capacity of about 700 000 tons per year, will process municipal solid waste. “The project implementation is in accordance with the previously agreed schedule, and the next step will be the laying of the first stone of the future plant in Voskresensk in the summer of 2018,” — said CEO Andrew Shipilov.
Only the suburbs in the coming years it is planned the construction of four incinerators.
In 2021, will be commissioned enterprise in the resurrection and Naro-Fominsk areas. In Noginsk and Solnechnogorsky districts of the factories will start in 2022
