In the liberated from the militants areas of the Syrian province of HOMS, found weapons caches and underground plant for the manufacture of explosive devices. This was reported in the Russian Centre for reconciliation of the warring parties.

It is noted that the found weapons is marked, indicating that the ammunition produced in the countries — members of NATO. In the underground tunnel, there are medical systems, and camera-prisons for the detention of civilians as hostages.
The clearance of settlements in the liberated territory continues the Russian Center in cooperation with the Syrian military.
A number of cities in the province of HOMS was freed from militants with the assistance of TSPVS. So, by 17 may the area of de-escalation “HOMS” left over 35 thousand militants and members of their families. People were pulled through the humanitarian corridors with checkpoints in the area of settlements of al-Rastan, al-qantara-Shimali and tel-Bissau. These territories came under the control of the Syrian government.
