In Russia from June 1 will introduce the standard liquid for electronic cigarettes
Moscow. May 12. INTERFAX.RU — IN Russia, on June 1, 2018 introduces the standard liquid for electronic delivery systems nicotine (ESDN).
This follows from the order of Rosstandart signed on 17 April 2017.
The document, in particular, sets forth the ingredients that can be used in electronic cigarettes, requirements for packaging of products, a list of the information on the packaging, methods of checking the content of nicotine in the liquid. So, for production of liquid for electronic delivery systems nicotine used nicotine, salts of nicotine with a purity of at least 98%; distilled glycerin for the food industry with a purity of at least 94%; propylene glycol with a purity of at least 95%.
Allowed the use of other ingredients that provides the factory default settings of the characteristics of liquids for electronic cigarettes.
